I've gotten Win 7 working pretty well. There is a feature in Win 7 in "control Panel" > "trouble shot computer problems" > "Run programs for previous versions of Windows". It seems to help.
You can also go to Ninja Trader – Properties – Compatibility, then click "run this program in compatibility mode for"
