E-Mini Russell Futures Day Trading Strategy; Buying the short term WAVE to new highs.

The Russell has attempted to push lower but ran into its 13th wave where price popped up higher.
I am waiting for price to pullback to buy from 1166.1-1165.4 right back up to new highs once more.
The first target will be at the highs of 1168.1 with the final projection target above at 1170.1.
