E-Mini Russell Futures Day Trading Strategy; Buying the Late WAVE long to the highs

The Russell is still holding the Last Chance WAVE but is now coming in quite late for a buy.
I am looking to buy the dip down to 1188.1-1186.0 and push price back up to new highs.
The first target will come off at 1194.5 with the final target above at 1198.2.
