Day trading strategy review 06/24/13

Dollar Index

We used the
sideways-trading-range on the dollar-index to give us a BIG clue for what the market
personality would likely be this morning.  The first thing we did this morning we
identify the trend, or lack of trend on the dollar-index and this told us to
sell-the-highs at resistance and buy-the-lows at support.

Euro Chart

The Euro
gave us three (3) high-percentage-trades this morning buying the support levels
we defined ahead of 8:00am EST this morning. 
We used a simple entry pattern
at each of the price levels we defined and made our profit for the day.

Mini-Russell Chart

The Mini
Russell was very sloppy this morning, but that didn’t stop us from making some
good profit on the Mini
Russell this morning.  We saw
prices moving lower, and we had three (3) buying opportunities this morning on
the Mini Russell that each made us some great profit.

Gold Chart

Gold gave us
BOTH buying and selling opportunities this morning at the resistance above and support
below us.  With the dollar-index-correlation
telling us to buy-the-lows at support and sell-the-highs at resistance it was
easy to wait patiently for the price to test the levels of support &
resistance and take our entry patterns when we got the entry trigger.  We saw five (5) high-percentage-trades on Gold
this morning.
