1. Disconnect from the market, and reset your Database in the NT Control Panel
2. Close NT workspaces, only the control panel is open now
3. Then close NT completely
4. Open your web browser
5. Clear your web cache )
6. Log into the Advanced Course and download the Auto Levels Indicator once again
7. Make sure to ‘FINISH’ the download process
8. Re-open NT7 (do not use 64-bit version)
9. Connect to ZEN FIRE DATA (kinetic will work as long as its the LIVE connection, real time data, don’t use FILTERED data, such as IB Data)
10. Open a new 34range chart for Crude Oil, 30 days of data
11. Load the template ‘Slow_CL’
12. You should see all the levels appears on your chart
13. Open a 13range chart of Crude Oil
14. Load the ‘fast’ template on the 13range chart
15. The lines from the 34range should appear the same on the 13range chart.
