This morning was a Monday morning, so like our method
prescribes, we traded lightly until after the news at 830am EST was
released.  Mondays are always a little
challenging on both our emotions and on the consistency of price action.  Some Mondays have great moves off the weekend
news & early morning news (such as today) while some markets simply can’t
roll out of bed on Monday morning.  We
discussed the many ways we trade Monday mornings in our live trade room, and
earned over 120 ticks of profit on some great volatility and high-percentage
trades as the dollar index started moving for us after the news was released.
