THE ONE:  When we are learning something new, challenging, or complex we need to always remember to focus our attention on one thing at a time.  In a world of multi-tasking this theory of simplicity and focus is hard to imagine as being more productive, but it truly is.  Take the time today to bring complete focus to the task in front of you, and get it completely correctly the first time.  Modern science has proven that our brains cannot multi-task, showing that our brain function is limited to doing one thing at a time, and needing some time in between tasks to re-organize its thoughts.  Multi-tasking is one of the most dangerous habits you can develop, and most of us never see it coming.  Take time every day to re-focus your attention on the most important task at hand, your productivity will skyrocket, and you will be happier along the way.
