Russell Sideways Trading Range

The Mini-Russell is trading in a sideways range as we go into the lunchtime trading session at 11:30am EST and this tell us that we need to be very careful not to over-trading within this narrow trading range.  

Remember, we see sellers enter the market and buyers taking profit at the highs of a range.  We see buyers enter the market and sellers taking profit at the lows of that range, and we see a lack of direction in the MIDDLE of the range, which is why we teach our members to sit on hands in the middle and only trade when the market personality is moving to new higher-highs or lower-lows.
