The first thing we discussed this
morning was the news. Non-Farm
Payrolls are NOT your average news report, in fact, it’s the biggest news
report we get as traders. We know how to
trade Non-Farm Payrolls after spending 10 years watching each report we have
learned a few tricks to making profit from this news report. Our recommendation this morning was to
sit-on-hands until 8:45am EST and then trade in the direction of the new short-term
trend we get on ANY market.

thing we discussed this morning was the short-term selling opportunities we saw
from our 240-minute chart of
Crude Oil. The bear price channel
gave us BIG CLUES before the news was released that we could see a
price-reversal and a big drop in prices in the short term. We got EXACTLY that, and when Crude Oil took
off to the downside we called the trade SHORT in the Live Trade Room and
everyone made profit on the way down.

chart. The hourly anchor chart was the
key for us to know that the short-term selling opportunities would NOT last
very long, and that we needed to be prepared for a price-reversal at the lows
and a new HOMERUN buying opportunity to bring the price back up.
