E-Mini Russell Futures Day Trading Strategy; Selling the WAVE to new lows

The Russell was caught up in a HUGE block of selling volume dropping it quite low.
I am waiting for price to retrace a bit to sell from 1128.3-1129.6 back to the lows.
The first target will be at the low of 1122.9 with the final target below at 1116.2.
