One day left before the holiday weekend, let’s make it count!
Markets are ‘range-bound’ going into Friday’s session, which means I’ll be trading breakouts and failures to finish off the week…
I have a handful of really great setups on my radar, let me show you…
Continue readingLots of ranges on the charts tonight, which means I’ll be looking to trade breakouts and failures on Thursday morning…
The Eminis look great for a bull breakout, I just need the right signal…
Continue readingWoah, what a reversal off those highs!
We got the reversal off the highs today, and with momentum now in the hands of the sellers, we’ll be looking for re-entries on Wednesday morning…
The Eminis are both very bearish, so I’ll be looking for sell setups at a couple key resistance areas up overhead, but there’s one key difference between the S&P and Nasdaq that you need to pay attention to…
Gold, on the other hand, is very bullish, but something’s “not right” about today’s breakout and I’ll be looking for ways to trap in the buyers so I can get short back into the range on Wednesday.
Continue readingAm I crazy for looking to short this breakout? (Don’t answer that, haha!)
I know – the market is certainly bullish, and I’ll be looking for ways to buy pullbacks at support levels tomorrow morning…
But did you see the overshoot above the range on the Eminis?
The failed rotation on the Gold?
I’d love to get short off these highs, AND long off the lows, and I have some great price-action setups to help us time the entries. Let me show you…
Continue readingOh boy, OPEX Friday is right around the corner!
We have a lot to look forward to tomorrow morning. We have Fed Speakers talking inflation, two big news reports, and a huge move today which will have everyone trying to pick their entry spots tomorrow morning…
The Eminis are trending which means I’m looking for pullbacks and reversals, and Gold is still range-bound so I’m focus on failures around the edges…
Lots of great setups on my radar – let me show you where to find them…
Continue readingI’m excited for Wednesday, lots of great setups on my radar…
With the Eminis rolling over today, I’ll be looking to short the bounces at two key resistance zones overhead tomorrow morning…
Gold is still bullish, but the way price rotated off today’s high tells me the best entries will be short until the buyers can prove themselves…
And speaking of proving themselves – there’s so much OPEN SPACE below us, the buyers need to step-up or these markets will collapse!
Continue readingWe’re back for another big week of trading!
We have a lot of great opportunities setting-up for Tuesday, but be careful, because the charts are misleading at first glance…
For example – the Eminis are bullish in the long-term, but look closely and you’ll see a bear market into a range going into Tuesday…
Gold is certainly bullish, but if you’re not careful, you’ll miss the best entries off the low of a “hidden” channel drawn backwards…
Not to worry, I’ll show you exactly what to look for in tonight’s video…
Continue readingThis party isn’t over just yet, let’s finish the week strong!
Markets turned sideways today after a week of strong trends, which means our trading plan for tomorrow is rather simple…
I’ll be focused on trading *failed* breakouts around the edges of the range, while keeping my eyes open for *real* breakouts that can actually be trusted…
How do you know which are real and which are fake? Where’s the best place to get in and out? I’ll show you all the details in tonight’s video…
Continue readingThese markets are standing on the edge of a cliff right now!
The selloff continued today after a record-breaking CPI Report tossed a grenade into the markets early this morning, and the bears didn’t let up until the closing bell…
With all this bearish momentum, I’ll be looking for opportunities to “short the bounces” on Thursday morning.
The key, however, will be timing the entries in the right locations. Keep an eye on these key locations tomorrow morning…
Continue readingIt’s hard to find a place to get short right now!
Gold completed it’s ‘pendulum swing pullback’ off today’s low and looks ready to make another run higher, and the Eminis finished their session with bulls back in control again too!
The biggest clue, however, is the fact that it’s nearly impossible to find a decent way to get short! Knowing this, I’ll be looking for ways to buy pullbacks and breakouts on Wednesday morning – here are my favorite trades to watch…
